Orders That Have Been Shipped
- Cancellation requests cannot be accepted once an order has been dispatched
- After successful delivery, products may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy
Order Changes & Modifications
- Requests to modify products or delivery addresses are not permitted after an order is placed
If changes are required:
- Cancel the existing order, provided it meets cancellation eligibility
